We provide a service known as bulk scanning. This is when we scan all your documents at once at our document scanning facility. This is a more costly option but speeds up the retrieval process. Bulk scanning will free up a lot of space in the office and make it easier to access the documents. While there is no exact number, the number of records we can scan far surpasses what you could do on your own.
Are documents stored securely?

We will arrange with our vehicles the safe and secure transportation of your documents to our depot in the Wirral where there is a state-of-the-art filing, indexing, and tracking system. Our facility is guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by an experienced and CRB checked team of security guards.
We also employ a state-of-the-art CCTV system so there are always eyes on your documents. The document boxes will be kept in a dust-free and at a constant temperature of 21 degrees Celsius to avoid degradation.
